5 days from Agadir to Marrakech desert tour itinerary
Day 1: Agadir – Taroudant – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate
Around 8:00 am, after breakfast in your lodging. We will embark for the 5 days from Agadir to Marrakech Desert tour. Include 5 days, and 4 nights desert excursion from Agadir, via Erg Chebbi dunes to Marrakech. En route to Ouarzazate, through Taroudant. Then we stop for a brief visit to the city’s medieval walls, souks. Then take in Atlas Mountain scenery. We will arrive in the Kasbah Ait-Benhaddou, at the High Atlas’ edge. This fortified walled city, which was once a bustling trade town during the 17th century. Was constructed directly on the caravan route, between Marrakech and the Sahara. There are six Kasbahs, and a few houses inside the tall mud walls. Gladiator, and Lawrence of Arabia are two movies in which Ait Benhaddou has appeared. Later, enjoy some free time to explore this magnificent Kasbah.
Free afternoon to explore this magnificent Kasbah; afterwards, we go to Ouarzazate to see Atlas Studios. Then, we check into our hotel or riad and unwind; supper and overnight will be spent there.
Day 2: Ouarzazate – Rose valley – Dades valley – Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Overnight in Desert Camp – Erg-Chebbi Sand Dunes Merzouga
The “gateway to the desert” known as Ouarzazate, will be our starting point for our trip to Merzouga desert, after breakfast. We shall halt so that you may see the architecture of the Kasbah Taourirte. After that, we’ll go via Rose Valley, Dades Valley, and Kasbah along the Road of Thousands. We will savor the breathtaking vistas of the Todra Valley, which is dotted with palm trees, and Berber communities. Later, we reach Todra Gorge, a cool and unspoiled location with towering orange cliffs. Todra Gorge’s gorges, are approximately 1,000 feet deep. Additionally, it’s a popular location for climbers, where we’ll spend some time exploring this amazing site. Afternoon: Tinjdad, Melaab, and Erfoud.
Are just a few of the numerous Berber communities we pass through, as we make our approach to the Sahara Desert. On the journey, you will have time for lunch. You will ride a camel for approximately one, and a half minutes through the stunning. Distinctive orange-colored sand dunes to the desert camp, once we reach the enchanted country of Erg-Chebbi sand dunes. Enjoying the gorgeous sunset from the center of the dunes. Beautiful experience that will nourish your spirit. You may play on the sand dunes, while listening to music during dinner and sleep at the camp. There are a ton of stars in the sky.
Day 3: Exploring Merzouga
After breakfast, you will travel a considerable, distance through the Merzouga dunes. Wandering deposit, the Gnaoua village, the MIFISS mines, and the desert plates with the Berber nomads. In the late afternoon, you will ride a camel for one, and a half hours while admiring, the setting sun to reach the camp in the oasis. Sleeping inside nomadic tents in the Camp at Merzouga Sahara dunes.
Day 4: Merzouga – Nkob – Draa – valley Anti – Atlas – Ouarzazate
Get up early, to catch another spectacular dawn while admiring the dunes. You should never skip out on this opportunity! We enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Then our camel ride back. It’s time to drive to the Draa Valley. a popular tourist destination. Anti Atlas to Ouarzazate for your overnight in Desert Kasbah.
Day 5: Dades Gorges – Ouarzazate – Tizi-n-Tichk – Marrakech
Following breakfast, we’ll continue our last day of our desert trip from Agadir to Marrakech. Toward Ouarzazate through the Route des Mille Kasbahs (fortresses), stopping in Kalaat Mgouna, the heart of the Valley of Roses, which is well-known for its yearly Rose Festival. Our next stop is the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a Unesco World Heritage site that has served as a filming location for numerous Hollywood productions, including Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, and the renowned HBO series Game of Thrones.
